Talk to the team What is SNP Print?
SNP Print helps print shops receive PDF, Word and image files through a shop QR code and review them in an owner workspace. Supported documents can be sent to a selected printer from the Windows app. Images can be prepared separately. Plans are ₹99 for 30 days or ₹999 for 365 days; the same software features are included in both.
Do customers need to download an app or create an account?
No. Customers scan the shop QR code, choose their language, enter their name and upload files in the browser. Documents have print settings; images upload directly. Then they submit the request.
What file formats are supported?
SNP Print accepts PDFs, Word documents, images and other supported files, with uploads up to 100 MB. The customer upload page shows which formats are available for a given print mode.
Is customer data safe? Are files stored on the server?
Uploads use private server storage. Server copies are removed after the Windows app saves and checksum-verifies the complete order and confirms receipt, or after explicit deletion. Marking a job printed or rejected does not itself delete every original. Shop-PC files remain under the shop owner’s control. See the Privacy and Data Deletion policies for metadata and backup retention.
What happens if I reject an order?
The customer sees the rejected status and no print is approved. The shop owner can explicitly delete an unwanted file or request. A status change alone does not remove every server or PC copy.
Can I connect two different printers — one for B&W and one for colour?
The Windows printing dialog lets the shop owner choose an installed printer and apply the customer’s document settings. Different files can be sent to different printers. Automatic colour-based routing is not currently provided; confirm printer and driver support before printing.
What's included in the 7-day money-back guarantee?

How fast is setup for a new shop?
Open the web app, create your shop account or sign in with Google, verify your email if needed, and complete your business details. A free PC trial activates through the Windows app; a new installer release and final printer testing are being prepared. Existing active or complimentary accounts can use the web workspace.
Can customers print photos, not just documents?
Yes. The application can crop, resize, remove backgrounds and arrange photos on printable sheets. The homepage demo is a smaller local preview for layouts and rotation.
What is the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Monthly costs ₹99 per month and Yearly costs ₹999 per year. Both include every SNP Print feature. The billing period is the only difference. Yearly saves ₹189 compared with 12 monthly payments. White labeling is quoted separately.
Does SNP Print support online payments?
Software-plan checkout is prepared for Razorpay but is awaiting merchant configuration. No live online payments are currently collected. Participating shops collect their own physical-print charges separately.
Can I set my own price per page?
Yes. In Customer experience settings, the shop can enable price estimates and configure black-and-white and colour page rates for different paper sizes. Estimates depend on available page counts, and the shop can send a final quote for customer approval. Physical-print charges are separate from the software subscription.
Can customers choose paper size and double-sided printing?
For documents, customers choose colour, paper size, copies and single- or double-sided printing. Ordinary images upload directly; the shop owner discusses image size, colour and quantity with the customer.
How do customers track an order?
They can follow the request’s status and see its estimated ready time in the customer flow. The ready time is an estimate and can change as the shop processes the job.
Which languages can customers use?
The customer upload flow supports English, Bengali and Hindi.
How are files kept with the right shop?
Each uploaded file is associated with the intended shop and request so the shop can review the correct file and instructions. See the Privacy Policy for how order information is handled.
